How do I know if i need to change the filter as well or just the fluid? I have never done this DIY before. I know there is a big thread on how to do this with the 5FSE, but is there a thread on how to do this on the 1mzfe? Thanks.

Drop the pan, clean it and the magnets, replace the filter.
