1993 camry 02 sensor and egr

hello all i have a little problem and i need help. i have a 1993 camry v6 and i am trying to get it smogged hear in CA but i failed the smog due to my o2 sensor and cat. I replaced the cat but my 02 sensor that goes on the manifold is junk but it is also cut from the wire where it send the signal to the computer. So my question is where does the wire from the 02 sensor go? Also my egr need to be replaced but i have no idea where this is located at. Any insight will be great. Thanks guys
