swinging car while releasing clutch or depressing accelerator - help

Hi,

I have a manual '98 Camry with 205000 km and an 5S-FE engine. Whenever I'm shifting and just trying to release the clutch too fast or depressing the accelerator fast while clutch released, my car is swinging back-and-forth. When I released the clutch it might swing a little further, while I see the rev swinging too. I guess it is not really good for the car. The only option I have is to release the clutch or the accelerator slower, but it's quite annoying.

Do you have any idea what might be the cause?
