recommended parts source for "dealer-only"

I spent a little time searching the forum last Sunday looking for a recommendation, but didn't get anywhere. Then I searched dozens of on-line Toyota parts retailers, and came to the conclusion that they all use Trademotion.com as their back-end and they all suck.

I'm looking for the ones that suck less, any recommendations?

Bonus points for:

- Letting me chose between shipping providers, speed, and cost, with me only providing what I want to buy and my zip code.

- not forcing me to create an account, with a unique password that I'll likely never remember 2.5 years from now when I need my next part (and finding out that the credit card you have thoughtfully decided you need to keep in your database has expired by then anyway)

- Telling me upfront last Sunday that no one would be in to work on Monday morning, thus my parts would not ship until Tuesday.

- Emailing me a gorram tracking ID number, and failing that at least let me log on with the unique password and account you forced me to create and get a tracking number that way.

- explain to me why you've got two different part number with two different prices but with the exact same description.

just posted it somewhere else, but here you go:

a) TN member TOYOPARTSMAN - Gary Smith (Toyota of Newnan, Georgia)
best discount, 30% off, actual s/h charges depending on weight
he can help you with finding parts you need based on your VIN

b) www.toyotapartszone.com (Toyota of Dallas, Texas)
also nice pricing, good reviews from members, nice customer service

c) www.1sttoyotaparts.com (Toyota dealer based of Tacoma, Washington)
consider only if you are in the North of West Coast, ordered once or twice from them and had to wait for 2 weeks until parts got delivered.

d) www.toyotapartsoutlet.com (Toyota dealer in Charlotte, North Carolina)
not bad pricing, but VERY VERY slow order processing, often communication problems (don't even count on contacting them by email system in trademotion platform).
the plus is they sometimes offer free shipping or a flat shipping charge (now $9.99 flat on all orders)

I've purchased from a) & b) on Fen's list, and was happy with both. Anti-seize is right about them all using the same back-end, and that it sucks. Some parts are freaking impossible to find using that POS. For those cases, I like using a). Gary is really good.

thanks for the quick reply.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if trademotion.com handles the back-end only, or they're responsible for shipping too?

- color photos for the parts they are actually pimping should be standard in 2011, right? Not a third generation xerox of an exploded diagram that was scanned in back in 1998.
