I think you are missing the other camshaft seal and possibly oil pump seals & o-rings if you planning on touching it too.

can't help on parts numbers much, maybe someone else has the list handy for gen3 1mz-fe.

you don't necessarily have to touch the timing cover gaskets if they look OK. half of mine on 5s-fe have been missing for years actually, not much of any difference after replacing the lower portion (still need to fix the upper ones).

The Dayco kit is about $205. That's pricey. eBay's AirCabinMan has a kit for about $266 shipped. Many TNers used his kits.

You may not need a new hydraulic tensioner ($43.79). So the $132 Aisin kit may be a better choice if you select your own parts. Aisin makes the OEM water pump and would be a competitive kit vs Gates TCk257+ Aisin pump. Aftermarket Fel-Pro seals are good. (I just have a preference for Gates belts and hoses).

The Beck Arnley 0380234 seal is for the plastic timing cover. If yours isn't damaged you don't need new seal. No need for the Victor seal, go with the Fel-Pros listed.

Here is a sample list I drew up some while ago, prices may have changed. Just minus the Alt/AC and PS belts:
GATES K060410 Micro-V AT Alt/AC Belt $15.28
GATES K040347 Micro-V AT Power Steering Belt $7.43
STANT 48128 180° w/Jiggle Pin OE Type Thermostat $15.34
FEL-PRO TCS45889 Camshaft Front Seal $7.50
FEL-PRO TCS45890 Crankshaft Front Seal Set $5.46
GATES TCK257 (1 Belt, 1 Tensioner, 1 Idler) Timing Belt Component Kit $67.79
Optional ACDELCO T43096 Hydraulic Timing Belt Actuator $43.79
FEL-PRO VS50471R Valve Cover Gasket Set w/Spark plug tube seals $19.45
AISIN WPT057 Water Pump $57.79
Subtotal $239.83
Shipping about $20

If you haven't changed out the radiator hoses I would do those too.
Gates 21701 Upper radiator hose $10.76
Gates 22048 Lower radiator hose $9.64

There are two cam seals and one crank seal.
If the valve cover gaskets are leaking, now would be a good time to do them.
I would get the Aisin Kit as it comes with OEM Water Pump, T-Belt and pulleys.

If you buy the Fel-Pro cam seal "set", it will come with 2 seals. And the crank seal set has the crank seal and usually oil pickup tube gasket plus some o-rings. Fel-Pro is pretty good about these things.

See pictures:
Cam seal set:
http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=261099
Crank seal set:
http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=128237

Even if I prefer Gates belts and hoses I still use Fel-Pro seals. I may experiment with Gates water pumps in the future. But they started carrying oil seals and pumps to become a one-stop shop, so it's different than the core products (belts and hoses) that they make at various factories around the world.

The reason for the valve cover gasket is that these things like to leak. Especially on the rear bank. It will leak down the firewall side where you can't see and can be messy. However, if you see no grease grime anywhere including the semi-circular plugs then you can hold off. Just keep an eye on it. But my rule of thumb is to replace all rubber gaskets/seals you can get to while in there. Just like you would change out the water pump while replacing the timing belt and vice versa.

I should have also mentioned PCV valve/grommet when the cover is off! The same goes for the PCV grommet and valve. The grommet hardens and becomes brittle. When you try to remove it the grommet breaks up into little pieces and falls into the valve cover. You begin to see the problem.

So change all rubber seals and gasket you can get to while you're working on it. One thing the rear bank on the V6 takes at least a couple of hours more because you need to remove the upper intake plenum. It wouldn't add an hour next time but the first time can take you 2-3 extra easy.
