1992 Camry 3vz-fe alternator?

Hey everyone! I am wondering if anybody knows the amperage capacity of the 1992 3vz-fe (v6) Camry alternator. I have done some research and have found some saying that it is an 80 amp alternator, some say 100 amp, and even 110 amp?? I recently purchased a 1995 Toyota 4Runner and fitted it with a Camry alternator (the original had gone bad and it is only a 60 amp unit) I have fitted it with Off-Road lights and I don't want to overload it. Thanks!

if you do get a higher amperage Alternator, I would suggest replacing the wires that go from the alternator to the battery with a higher gauge wiring.
