installed new timing belt 1993 camry 2.2 fired up engine to see if every thing was ok started right up then jumped timing due to tensioner not being tight enough now camshaft hard to turn what might be the prob.thanks bob

it's non-interference engine, so it's not from the valve jamming on top of the piston. The camshafts will be hard to turn in certain position due valve springs compression.
