The front of the car still bumps a little, not like it did, but a little. Could this be the stabilizer bar to frame bushings causing this?

Absolutely yes. I'd say it's the most common source of clunking in the front.

2. How do they align the camber on the camry? The strut just bolts on in one place..

Camber isn't adjustable. For people that lower their cars, there are special bolts that have a camming feature to get a few degrees of adjustment. But if your suspension is stock, and the camber is out of spec, something's bent.

3. If the rear lower control rods are bad how likely is it that the front ones are bad?

Are you talking about the rear lateral suspension arms?... about 2 feet long? Their counterpart on the front is the lower control arm, which has two rubber bushings. The rear one commonly develops cracks.
