I'm assuming that is with TE1 and E1 diagnostic terminals jumped?

My car runs best set at 16 degrees btdc when terminals are jumped, which is about 12 degrees when they are not jumped (iirc).

I'm a relative newbie to this car and actually have been meaning to get feedback on this because I'm not sure what to make of it, running better here than at the spec of 10 degrees btdc.

depends on fuel grade you use.

are we talking about comparing with terminals jumped? it should be flat at 10 BTDC IIRC at least for gen4, gen3 might be different.
