same here. the longest they served me was like 1 year, but that includes some streaking due to rubber deterioration or uneven blade pressure (loose blade) already at the end.
the worst wipers in terms of jumping were the Duralast, which were doing it like crazy (on a Buick, my former ride) even when new.
I don't like Rain-X weatherbeaters either, very uneven pressure on windshield, streaking, occasional jumping when not wet enough, noisy and ugly looks
So far I liked Trico Neoform the best, but had to replace them after 7 months regardless (after last Winter). very silent even on a dry glass, no streaking, no jumping ever, very smooth. good to buy on promo only (e.g. 33% off or buy 1 get 1)
Now running Rain-X Latitudes and I don't like their looks (exposed clip) and also those things jump sometimes. they do the job however, but aren't so good on a dry glass (e.g. light misty weather and non-intermittent speed setting).
Next time I will give a shot to Bosch Icon and see.
I usually buy blades only on promotions, whatever I can get cheaper when time comes, there is always some promotion somewhere
