Question Parking Light Problem

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of a problem. I just installed an alarm system on my mother 97' Camry LE 4-cyl. The parking lights blink when I hit the lock and unlock from the keyswitch. But if I try to turn on the parking lights using the steering toggle switch, it does not turn on. Not even the interior lights like the cluster or shifter light turns on. Headlights comes on fine, but not the parking lights. Do you guys think I messed up a wire for the toggle switch or is there a relay I messed up? I appreciate the help I can get from you guys, thanks.

Probably something simple like you accidentally unplugged a connector. Also make sure you check and double check all your fuses.

Fuses are fine and everything is plugged in. There is one thing I forgot to put in. While I was trying to wire up the parking light wire for the alarm system, I accidentally wired it to a 2 pin plug that sits under the fuse box. its next to the orange plug if you guys ever seen it. So, I'm wondering if i fried that one wire by accident or something. It was working before i did that wiring part. I'll give it another look tomorrow since its dark right now.
