The two extra wires are positive and negative for the heated mirror.
If your goal was to get heated mirrors, then you can't do that without some fancy aftermarket wiring, switches, ect. However if you just want to use the mirror, connect the same 3 wires that the old mirror was connected to, and cut and cap the two for the heated mirror, which you won't be able to use.
