Driver side window goes down but not up

My driver side window goes down but will not go back up, it will move at most a 1/4" up and most of the times less. I no longer use it but I was wondering if someone knows what the problem might be. I'm assuming that I will have to replace the motor but would like to avoid it if possible.

This just happened on mine, was the track, not the motor. Where it connects to the window that piece has a wire on it, on mine, and it just pulls right out of it.

Before I learned that Toyota dealerships were all crooks I took my Camry to them to have the window regulator replaced. The part was 112.00 and it was 208.00 in labor for 20 minutes work!
Do it yourself if you fix it.
