2002 solara SE v6 alarm question
my cousin just bought a 2002 solara se V6 stick shift, there is a security LED on dash for transponder/engine immobilizer, only got a master key to start the engine, and no fob/remote, i did test by close all doors, then push lock on door panel, wait 30 second, then push the nob and pulled the door lever to open the door, no honk. my guess alarm either malfunction, or never came with factory equipped alarm.
does anyone know if Solara 2002 V6 SE come with factory keyless entry/alarm as standard feature or optional?
