Anyone using a preheater for a Camry here? I've just found a thread on this. So we can skip the block heater. Then a water heater that uses the temperature difference of liquids to circulate the coolant? Anyone done this?

Yes, useless. Not enough heat generated to compensate for cooling of so-called "circulation". Block heater with 0W - XX oil is still best choice.

What product do you recommend? Does a Toyota OEM one exist? I see in threads that for the 5th gen, it wouldn't be a problem. For the 3rd gen, who knows? Is there a plug for this in the block, or the rfost plug is the only one?

Can't speak for V6 but I4 has frost plugs in front for access. I'd buy best block heater you can as installation labor will be most of time/expense. I'd also look at timer as I doubt you need it on all night.
