5.5psi, cold air intake, headers, 3" exhaust, SAFC2, methanol injected, 5 speed manual.

And that little grind was going into 3rd. I might want to check your clutch pedal. You clutch might have seated a lot/ learning burned a lot. Sounds like its not disengaging fully. Trans is still good.
