Oil Leak

Hi All,

I just wanted your guys' opinion on whether I should fix my 92 Camry or not. It currently has over 328,000 kms on it but I'm noticing that it's leaking oil. A puddle of oil is beside my front right tire and although it's nothing major, I am having to pour about a 1L bottle of oil every two weeks (the same time I have to gas my car).

Anyways, I don't think it's worth the money to fix the leak, but what do you guys think?

Also, how long do you think my Camry will last? My goal is to drive it past 400,000 kms.

Is the leak coming from under/near the timing cover? Probably just old rubber seals/gaskets.

Thank you very much.

If your standing infront of the car with the hood up, its on the left side of the engine (Passenger Side of car).

The black plastic cover in the Step 10 here:
http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/t149232.html

Of course when it leaks it's going be at the bottom where the cover meets the engine (metal part). Notice the Step 17 oil leak here too. Read message #4 of the thread as well.

But the key to fixing a leak is finding it first.

Yeah, the leak is definitely coming from below the timing cover.
