Low beam works fine but high beam only works if I pull back on Headlight Dimmer Switch and hold it. Is the switch at fault? If so, is there a DIY for its replacement?

Sounds like it ... I dont believe theres a DIY on TN for that, but I just PM'd you.

I was just thinking.. I was going to take my 92 Camry DLX wheel off, but I noticed that instead of being a T30 Torx bit, it was actually an allen head. Just something to check out before trying the Torx bit.

Same problem on my 92 LE.
The high beams only work when you pull it towards your body, but if you push it away from your body(to leave it on) the high beams wont turn on, i was thinking maybe a relay or something but hmmm,, imma watch tthis one, hopefully its just the relay, if not oh well

Yeah it would, but I only mentioned it because I made the same mistake back in 87 with a NEW Mazda B2000 I had just purchased.

I was pissed that the high beams didn't work, and my buddy pushed it forward....made me feel like an Idiot.
