Hey TN,

I just bought a 1995 Lexus ES300. FINALLY back to the good old Toyotas. Anyways, the body is in pristine condition. The engine is in good condition with 156,000 miles. The tranny was just replaced with one that had 50,000 miles. The power steering pump needs replaced, it needs new tires, new brake pads, and inspection. I only paid $1400 for it so I think I lucked out. I am picking it up Monday so I will post pics then. Y'all think it was a good buy?

Those are the most recent pics of Lexi. I had the 2 front tires replaced, eliminated the resonator in the exhaust by putting a straight pipe from the cat to the muffler. Planning on doing the clear corner light mod and just ordered blue LEDs to fix the cluster guage. Will post things as I add to car.

Seems like a very good deal! Any specific future mods your planning on besides the clear corner and LED?

I plan on putting some rims and lowering it. I eventually want to paint the bottom trim black and the primary color a dark grey.

^^thanks. I am gonna try to keep this as clean as possible. Hopefully do some of the more expensive stuff after Christmas

Just put the blue LEDs in the cluster gauge. Looks pretty good but I think I need to switch a couple of bulbs to the right polarity. Next up is to fix the needles that the previous owner tried to white out......guy was an idiot. Anyways, I plan on doing white tipped needles on all of them. I guess this is turning into my build thread. I will be taking night photos to show how good they really are. Feedback is welcomed.

^^yeah. i can tell i screwed up on the polarity of a couple of them. gotta turn the bulb around
