Japan help! idle problem

ok so here it is, when i start my car (cold start) rpms go pretty high around 2k then drop at a normal rate, once i take the car out and drive it for about 5 to 10 min. and put the car in park of nuetral and it shakes/vibrates and the exhaust putters (in video) the car also seems to be running rich (aside from the loud lifters) and has an exhaust smell from the engine bay but all exhaust gaskets r new, maybe egr issue? anyways i would apreciate any help with diagnosis. video link to youtube....
I have checked the vacuum pressure and it was good, did a smoke test and no leaks were found that i saw, plugs and wires are new.

Thanx you very much
Slaz

Test hot resistance of ECT (engine coolant temperature) sensor. Not the gauge switch or the cooling fan switch. If it's faulty the ECU still thinks the engine is cold.

exhaust smell in the engine bay could be a broken flex pipe.
