Thanks guys. After 36 hours, all troubles were gone.
8:00AM 11/23, I remove the A/F sensor;
8:10AM 11/23, Check resistance between two black lines of the sensor, check voltage on the sensor adaptor. the voltage is good but the resistance is 50% of the regular value;
9:30AM 11/23, I buy a new A/F sensor from a store;
12:00AM 11/23, I come back and install the new sensor. Starting motor turns but can not ignite;
12:10PM 11/23, remov the A/F sensor, check the voltage on the sensor adaptor 11/23, Thereis no signal, power down;
12:30PM 11/23, remov the battery and recharge it for 8 hours;
9:00PM 11/23, install the battery and the sensor. All lights except head lights keep flashing. No response from starting motor when turn the key to "start".
9:10PM 11/23, Check all the cable in engine bay, everything is ok;
10:30PM 11/23, Check the battery, only 10V;
10:45PM 11/23, Recharging the battery to next morning;
----------------------------------------------------
9:00AM 11/24, Instanll the battery, lights flashing, starting motor does not work, no electric on almost every cable;
9:20AM 11/24, Check all the fuses and relays; EFI fuse(15Amp/Blue) blow;
9:45AM 11/24, remove the 15 Amp fuse from the Head LH(UPR) Slot to EFI slot, nothing changes;
10:15AM 11/24 go to walmart and buy a new battery;
12:00PM 11/24 Install the new battery, power comes back but still nothing works except the flashing lights;
1:30PM 11/24, After checking online, I think it might be the engine immobilizer;
2:00PM 11/24, following the cable of alarm speaker, I find the engine immobilizer;
2:20PM 11/24, Disable the immolilizer, start without a tiny trouble;
6:30PM 11/24, Remove the engine immobilizer, reconnect all the wires;
Trouble Free!
Troubles list:
1)A/F sensor mulfunction;
2)Battery down;
3)EFI Fuse (damaged by me when I check all the cables by multimeter, I guess);
4)Engin Immobilizer was re-actived when batter was removed.
When I brought the car, the pre-owner told me that there is no alarm system. I have check the repair/care record and, it is true. The alarm system (including engine immobilizer and alarm speaker) was removed at Aug,2007 in NJ. But the engine immobilizer and the alarm speaker is still on the car! Finally, I got the answer. The mechanic just "disable" the immoblilizer and disconnect the alarm speaker. I could understand why he do that after I remove the immobilizer and reconnect the cables. The immobilizer was located deep across the steering wheel. I have to remove 5 or 6 electric parts to get the immobilizer out. Almost 100 cables were disconnected and reconnected. It takes 4 hours.
Before I remove the immobilizer, I try to find what kind of action re-active the it. After the immobilizer was disabled, I remove the battery for 30 sec. When I re-install the battery, lights flashing, the immobilizer was actived. The reason is simple & clear.
By the way, I call several local mechanics and dealers, the subtotal fee for towing the car to the repair shop and fixing varys from 472$ to 750$.
