Canada Front discs don't release quickly

I have a 2000 Camry CE 2.2L (built in Japan). This car has disc brakes on front and drums on the back.
I recently experienced a problem on the road where the front brake would not let go completely. After stopping and allowing to cool, the wheel would turn freely again. I replaced the front right caliper believing this to be the problem as it was definitely sticky. Two days later the problem resurfaced and so I removed the left caliper and overhauled it. I also replaced both rotors and both sets of pads.

However, the problem is still there, but I have confirmed that it was actually both front wheels that were not releasing after braking. I confirmed that the calipers and pads function properly/move freely when car has been turned off for a while (checked by hand). I cannot see any kinks in the brake lines, so I am wondering whether this might be a computer or master cylinder problem as the brakes release only after the car is turned off for a while. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Theres a good chance its a bad master cylinder or something gunking up the brake lines. Rebuilt mastercylinders are cheap so start there.

^+1. I had that happen a couple of times on my 93' when it was -30c, or so. (a couple of years ago) I flushed the brake system with a couple of liters of good brake fluid, and the problem has not re-occurred since.

The old fluid was really dark and mucky, should have done it when I first got the car!

Hey, sorry for the delay, broke a couple of bones playing hockey and could not try flushing the brake system. I did this and the problem has completely disappeared. My fluid was not flushed since I bought the car used and seemed to have some water in it. I am guess that this water was boiling/expanding keeping pressure on the pads until it cooled. Thanks!

Yeah, a quart of low moisture activity brake fluid every 2 years or less, like Castrol or Valvoline. There is no such thing as "lifetime" brake fluid.
