Hey guys, i was thinking....if some people who own Gen3 Camry would be interested in buying Gen4 S/C and have a group install ?!?! I can drive up to Canada.. I'm from boston. Just get like 5 people with Gen3 camries (V6?) and kinda buy 5 S/C for a Gen4 Camry V6 and install them together.. That would rock

I would love to, but I really can't afford an S/C right now, considering it'll cost me about $3000CDN to get one. That is of course unless someone is willing to "sponsor" me!! LOL, I think not. I really think that's a good idea, and since you're coming from Boston to T-dot city, you could buy up the S/Cs for us and bring them with you. They won't hassle you coming into the country I wouldn't think, if you're an American citizen. We'll see, I'll have to find out how much money I have once I lower the car and finish paying for school. Patience!! Maybe in the spring? What do you think, Kamuri, CamryRR (for supervision) and anyone else with a V6 camry????

Yeah, I'm totally up for that in April or something like that, maybe even earlier depending on how hot it is then!! We could meet out at my place, lots of space to work on cars, plus if people wanted to spend the night they could too. We'll plan it out at the beginning of next year.!

I would love to get an S/C too but I don't think I can meet my budget this year.

I am most likely to get a stick first before I get the S/C. Maybe even before that I will get my rims so that will solve the potential traction problems from the S/C.

Hey guys,
Let's just figure out if we can afford it next year, and just get together and do it.. around 5 people would be great...Plus CamryRR with his expertise  Anybody interested in welcome...If you need on in Canada, i'll buy some for you, and bring them in my trunk...we can all meet somewhere in Canada.....I love my camry and will do anything i can (afford  ) to increase it's performance. I can't watch these stupid Civics and Accords being so much faster, while my car has the potential to be fast. Anyways, think and let's do it...

Maybe I can plan to install it with you guys while I'm visiting relatives. So maybe we can make that 6 and i'll bring my gen4...

holy thread revival!

and crushgate -> the s/c won't be a direct bolt-on for your car, since you have the 3vzfe. the blower was made for the 1mzfe.
