Brake Warning Light
If anybody would care to know, last week my brake warning lamp would randomly light up. Sometimes it would stay on for quite a while, then go off, only to come back on a minute later.
I pulled all the wheels, inspected both calipers and both wheel cylinders, nothing. Dry. I checked the master cylinder, and the level was fine. What gives?
I finally narrowed it to a bad connection at the master for the level sensor. Cleaned it with QD Electrical Cleaner and shoved some dielectric grease on both sides of the connection.
No more light.
