4th Generation Service criteria for used Gen4

Hey all,

So i recently purchased a Gen4 V6 1MZ coupled to a manual transmission with an unknown service history. It drives fine but i want to have peace of mind and start over with a fresh service history for myself. Car itself has done 205 2xxkm's and the timing belt was changed at 150k km's in 2008 or 09.

As far as the engine bay is concerned, i think i've got that pretty down pat:

Replacing all fluids and filters (engine oil+filter, power steering fluid, brake fluid, clutch fluid and air filter). Will also drain cooling system and reverse flush radiator.

Replace spark plugs, check serpentine belt tension, clean TB butterfly/IAC and clean ACIS(maybe do the mod too ).

As far as inspections go, i've got:

Front and rear suspension system - leaks or dead bushings
Fuel tank - leaks or corrosion
Exhaust system - leaks or sever corrosion
Brake - pads and lines
Driveshaft - Condition of CV boots.

What i'm not familiar with is torque checking major/critical hardware. What specific nuts and bolts should i be torque checking on the chassis, steering, suspension e.t.c.?

Is it worth replacing the gearbox oil? Doesn't Toyota state 100k kms/5 years, essentially making it every clutch change?

Does anything need greasing? e.g. door hinges

Have I missed anything? Any help is appreciated.
