I don't know how to explain it perfectly, but I think the flap or whatever it is that changes the direction the air blows out of the vents is stuck. It made a weird noise when I changed the air from coming out at the feet and defrost to upper the last time. Now it won't change to the upper at all and barely any air is coming out of the defrost. It sounds like it's blowing correctly but the air just isn't going to the right place. Is there any way to fix this?

Sounds like the linkage or servomotor has broken. That requires major disassembly of the dash to get to...
