i know its the o2 sensor code, and evap codes. my question is in this picture

the metal flange that keeps the gas hole closed, not sure if that's what you call it, is missing as you can see. now can that cause the codes?

another problem that the car has is that the abs light is on, and the trac off light is flashing.

Find a piece of rubber that can cover that....cork is the best then erase the code and see if it would come out again. If it doesn't then yah thats your problem....ABS...check the ABS sytem...

P0135 means the oxygen sensor heater is not working. Most likely it's the old sensor, but it can also be the wiring or the ECU end of things. You should measure the resistance of the heater circuit on the sensor and measure the voltage on the harness side to verify.

As far as the EVAP codes go, you can check to see if the vacuum switching valve on the manifold is operating and venting. You should also check the other vacuum switching valve on the canister to see if it's stuck. Either way the pressures can't be measured correctly and you can get the codes. Then check the gas cap gasket.

You can do a search using the codes and find plenty of discussions, for example:
P0440 P0441 P0446
CHECK ENGINE light, codes: P0440,P0441,P0446
etc etc
