Camry won't start!!

My 93 4 cyl (2200) Camry won't start after I ran it out of gas. After I originally put more gas in the tank it would start and run only for a minute. Now I cant get it to start at all. I know there is now plenty of gas and have verified that my fuel pump is working fine. I replaced the fuel filter and still no luck. I'm getting gas into my fuel rail I just can't get the car to start and run. I'm starting to think it is my efi main relay but am relatively new to efi and cannot find a way to test my specific efi main relay (M4). Any help is greatly appreciated.

Tested for fuel pressure? I have to ask, are you getting spark?

I am getting spark and my fuel pressure seems to be fine. I have actually tested with a pressure gauge but I did a volume test on the return line and my pressure seemed to be fine (about 12 oz in 30 sec). I can get the to start and run intermittently by removing my efi main relay and running a jumper between the terminal but it will not stay running continuously. Thanks for your response and future help.

Under pressure the pump may be overheating. There is not much amp draw if just flow and no pressure. If fuel pump relay is good then I'd just replace the pump. It may have been heat damaged when you ran out of fuel.
