Gen 4 Camry Gracia folding power mirrors ( Worth the extra $$$? )

I stumbled upon this on eBay. I thought it would be nice to share to fellow Gen 4 owners.
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from...All-Categories

The seller is apparently selling some nice JDM Gracia parts, front bumper too with a lip. But for the price is it worth it? I don't find myself spending $400 for two side mirrors justifiable, especially since I don't have power mirrors, but they're folding mirrors. A rare gem indeed and I would love to have some folding mirrors, and that A/C climate control panel. Don't know if that would be a direct fit on the USDM camrys though.

But man, that Gracia bumper looks very tempting.

+1 on the bumper cover.

Not so much on the folding mirror. They are a nice feature to have but $400 for two mirror is too much.

On a side note, I wonder if the digital climate control would fit in the US cars?

It probably wouldn't work even if it fit. There are a bunch of bowden cables behind the HVAC controls. I'd hazard guess that these won't be there on an electronic system because they'd use servos and motors instead.

That's true, also with the original gen 4 cars, (not 4.5) we have the manual slider for in car circulation. Oh well, I was exited I could switch that out with mine for a second.

Your car already has mirrors...
There's also nothing special about folding mirrors, JDM or not. Save your money.

^Lol, the things the seller has are neat, but a little too pricey IMO. Now I got a question and it's been bothering me forever... Is it pronounced grass-y-uh or gray-shuh?

Could be either or. It's like how you would pronounce Hyundai. Koreans pronounce it as "Hyun dae" *Which is the correct annunciation* While Americans pronounce is "Hyun die" and British people pronounce it, "Hy-un die"

im pretty sure they only fold when you push the fold mirror button and that they dont fold by themselves when you turn off the car. which means you would have to get a new mirror control that has the folding mirror button on it lol

again, you shouldn't determine how much its worth to you by seeing how much its worth to other people. determine how much its worth to you from how much money you make and how much satisfaction and joy the product will give you.

btw did you know that the mirror housings are angled ? usdm mirrors have more angled right side mirror and jdm mirrors have a more angled left side mirror.

oh and by the way. the bumper you posted up in the first post is the 4.5 bumper. so........
