EFI main relay no power PLEASE HELP!

I have a 93 Camry w/ 2.2L engine. I am getting now power to my fuel pump but have determined my fuel pump is working fine by putting power directly to it. Through troubleshooting I have determined that there is no power to my EFI main relay with the key in the "on" position or while car is turning over. The relay tested fine I am just getting no power to it. The 15 amp efi fuse is also fine. Where should I begin to look for the source of the problem. I am having no luck on where I should look next. Any help is greatly appreciated as this is my car to take me to and from work. Thanks in advance.

Look on the ignition side of it. Fuse AM1 and Am2. Look for short in dist if either of those is bad.
You must have a CEL with KOEO.

I will check both of those this morning. I do not have a CEL on though I tried reading the codes anyways and still got nothing from that. Thanks for input and I will post what I find.

My AM2 fuse is good and has power to it. I'm not sure where my AM1 fuse is. I read that it is a 40amp fuse in j/b 1 and I found two there that both tested good. The panel that covers the fuse box and tells me which fuses are which is lost, so I am not completley sure I checked the right fuse.

I am not a tech, but are you getting power to the circuit opening relay. Not sure of the order of fire, but you may want to check there as well.

I am not getting power to my circuit opening relay(COR). My understanding is that the efi main relay sends power to the COR while the car is cranking and once the car is started a sensor in my MAF sends continuous power to the COR. If it works differently or if you know of something else to try I would greatly appreciate it. I am lost and desperately need my car to run. THANKS

^^++ Fuel pump will not operate w/o power to circuit opening relay even though you have power to EFI main.
