92 camry makes a light squeal

my 1992 camry le 2.2 liter engine makes a light squeaking noise since i replaced the water pump and harmonic balance...im thing the belts is dry or loose, but when i use somthing electrical it makes a very loud almost grinding squeal...also when i turn on ac the squeak is moe persistant yet just as light. just trying to pinpoint possible starting points

check how tight the belt is. if it feels loose, adjust the tension pulley. make sure the belt isn't rubbing against the side of any pulleys. never use belt dressing-it'll eventually f*ck up your belt.
