93 Camry 2.2 no spark???

I have a 93 Camry (2.2, Auto) that up until a week ago was running great and then just died. Originally the problem was fuel related, I had blown my 7.5 amp Ing fuse and was getting no power to my fuel pump. I now have no spark and the car still will not start. I have checked my plugs, wires, dist cap, rotor button, and coil. What I found is that my 4 prong plug is getting no power with the key on or car turning over (the smaller secondary one on the side is with key on) I traced the four wires back to my ECU and found that I am getting no signal out of my ECU so I know that there is not a break in any of those wires or their connections. Any help with a diagnosis or things to troubleshoot is greatly appreciated. ECU's are uncharted territory for me so I am serious need of some help. I haven't been able to find a way to test my particular ECU, but I am confident with some instructions that I am capable of doing this. Once again, thanks in advance for any help.
