How to reinstall rear bumper cover?

Hello everyone I am new on these forums and I have been looking EVERYWHERE but I cannot find how to replace/reinstall a cracked and damaged rear bumper cover on my 2000 Camry.

Does anyone know of any guides or point me somewhere where I can look/research this whole thing up before spending 3+ hours with trial and error?

thank you in advance!

Well I used this picture before on another thread but I can find it:

Basically, there's three push pins on the bottom and four top. (You'll see those when you open the trunk lid) Just ply them off gently. There's also 6 nuts, three on each side holding the bumper. You have to remove the plastic that covers the taillights from inside the trunk to get to these nuts.

No problem. Be careful with those plastic clips, they can break easily. Also, I forget to mention that there's two 10mm bolts too. One on each side next to the taillights. You'll see them when the trunk is open.

Can you use a 4.5 rear cover on a 4.0? Are there many/any differences?
