hood's hydrolic holder is starting to fail

When I open the hood and kept at the fully opened position, it used to hold the hood opened in that position. It is now starting to fail and I can see the hood will close either by its own or with minimal pressure. Looks like the two hydraulic holders on either ends are going out.
Is is serviceable or do I need new ones? If so any idea what price it is ? (and non OEM ok?)

Thanks
John

They're not serviceable. I bought a set for my Avalon on eBay a year or two ago and they're still working well. Think I paid about $40 for the pair. For the Avy, there are different parts for the right-hand and left-hand sides.

Not fixable. Ebay is your friend here.

Easy to replace, can find hood struts on ebay for $30-40 shipped.
