How to remove the passenger side panel to access blower motor?

Hi All,

My 99 Camry stopped blowing air at lower speed years ago.
From my research, I figured out that it is due to a broken blower motor resistor.
I bought a OEM resistor from Amazon, but here is the problem:

I cannot remove the panels under the glove box to access the resistor.
I have seen multiple posts showing how to change the resistor, but none of them showed how to remove the panels first.

Is it so simple that people don't bother to mention it?

Thanks an advance.

They're a bit fiddly. Try and find where the clips are and give a nice firm pull on an angle(towards you and downward). IIRC, the clips are around the corners. Once you have the back off(closest to the engine) it gets easier. Don't force anything though, if it feels like it's going to break; it probably will.
