RS3000 - doors won't lock

I hit the remote and the lights flash and it chirps, but the doors don't lock. Tried to erase all remote control codes, but when I pressed the ECU's for 3 seconds, the Status Monitor LED doesn't turn on. Without being able to reset it, I can't reprogram it to lock the doors.

Any ideas?

Does the power locks work in the first place? Check fuses/relays first.

Are you sure all the wiring from the RS3000 ECU is intact? You'll probably need to trace it from there to where it interfaces into the power lock wiring loom.

The power locks work when using the switch on the arm rest. The ECU was unhooked to verify that it wasn't causing another problem. The other problem was fixed, but didn't hook the ECU back up until a month later.

If I use the key to unlock after hitting the key fob once, it sets off the panic alarm.

Looked at the functions in the manual and I can't set any of them because 1 step is always to wait until the security light turns red, which doesn't happen. If I do the lock sequence with the key fob, the lights flash and then the red light does start flashing like it is set.
