Speakers buzz when lights are on

1997 Camry Audio System with the following symptoms:

- All four speakers buzz with the radio/cd player on and when the lights (parking or headlights) are on.

- It doesn't matter if the engine is running or not. It is worse when it is very wet or humid (today, rainy with 95% humidity).

- Sometimes, even on a wet/humid day, it clears up on its own after being driven for awhile.

- I've disconnected the cd player and it does it with just the radio connected. It will also do it with the cd on.

- I pushed/pulled on wiring behind the radio and in the lower foot panels (diagrams show that's where the grounds are for the lights and audio).

None of that has helped or shown an obvious fault. Any ideas on where to start?

Has anybody experienced this and found a fix?

UPDATE: So, after posting this I go back to the garage (trying to take advantage of the weather), and find it seems related to the interior light dimmer. I turn it full right (lights bright) and the buzzing stops. Full left (lights dim) buzzing stops. Everywhere in between....buzzing away.

I guess maybe a bad dimmer or the wires behind there? But it really does seem weather related as well....I don't know.

I don't usually like to have my interior lights full on at night, but if that's what I have to do until I really fix it, then that's the way it'll be.

Mine used to have a buzz sound when i accelerated.
Then at random times when the radio/cd player was off, i can hear a buzz sound. Not loud of course but enough for you to hear it when quiet.

Now it happens rarely.

The only thing i did was relocated my crossovers(in my case) somewhere were water would not touch the crossovers because water would go through the trim of the door. Ever since i don't hear it as much but the problem is still there. Are the speakers damaged now?. Maybe.

If anyone knows then i would likely like to know what the actual problem is.
