Water in rear passenger footwell

I have water mysteriously appearing on the floor in front of the rear passenger seat. It is not coming in from the roof or window. I hear a swoosh sound of water coming from under the car as I drive. Were is the water coming from and how can I drain and stop it's entry onto the floor in front of the rear passenger seat?

Have you checked your door and try swinging it side by side to see if there's water in there? My grandma's Avalon had a similar problem and found out it was inside the door. Quite weird, but I drained it first by using Shamwow, but there was too much so I just drilled a hole at the bottom part of the door and it all came out.

There are drain holes on the bottom of the doors inner edges. Maybe they're plugged up.

Also check the truck spare tire area and the fender pockets under the carpet.
