handbrake cable snapped or came loose somewhere? Check to see if its still attached to handbrake. Then check to see if its still connected to rear brakes?

That's what I'm thinking but don't know how it would of got meeesed up. I know it was fine prior to jacking it up, and I set it down slow. I'm getting ready to tear out center console to checkfor broken cable.

Guess I don't really know what to look for at rear tire

If the handle falls down by itself then check the cam gears on the hand lever. It should be quite visible once you removed the console.
