When I turn my headlights on my reverse lights come on

This is the situation. I took my 4 cyl 97 Toyota Camry to Futureshop to get a new stereo put in, witch is currently installed. When the sun went down I turned on my headlights to notice that the "R" was illuminated and I checked the reverse lights and noticed they were on no matter what gear its in (Auto). When my headlights are off my reverse lights work normally the way they should. Also the engine light came on giving me the code P1780(Park/Neutral Position Switch Malfunction). If anyone has any input so i know where to start looking for problems that would be greatly appreciated because Furtureshop is no help.

take it back to Futureshop and tell them to fix it. they obviously did not wire the radio correctly and have either crossed wires or shorted something out. it is not your responsibility to diagnose and fix the problem, because Futureshop did the job incorrectly.
