Belt changes and seals

So I am past due for all belts to be changed. Last time timing belts changed was 200K miles ago and don't know if water pump was changed. This seems to be a part that fails after a belt change. Should I change the water pump?
Do I need one without a cover? What about the oil pump? what is the life expectancy of the oil pump? Just replace seals or what?

What brands do I use? Planning on going to a Toyota dealer to get this done.
I figure they will do the work correctly.

Are they gonna make me buy the parts from them?

I'm on a tight budget and need some help.

Thanks.

Yeah, getting all that done at a dealership is gonna run at least $1000.

You mentioned it's been 200k miles since the belt was last changed, so I'm guessing it's got close to 300k on it. With that kind of mileage, you want to replace EVERYTHING.

If you want to save money, find an independent shop that will install your parts. Buy the whole kit on eBay, making sure the parts are manufactured by Aisin, who is the OEM supplier to Toyota. One like this one. This way you're getting the same parts you'd get at a dealership. You didn't mention the model year or engine in your Camry, or I could find exactly what you need. Doing it this way should cost about $500 - $600 total.

First read through the DIY section and see if that's something you (and maybe a mechanically inclined friend) can handle. You can make special pulley holding tools inexpensively from Home Depot parts.

You can buy OEM parts from eBay (Aircabinman) or 30% off MSRP from TN sponsors like ToyotaPartsMan. Here is a list of what you should consider changing that I compiled from rockauto.com. You can also talk to shops to see if they'll use the parts you bring.

GATES K030295 Micro-V AT Power Steering Belt $5.14
GATES K050435 Micro-V AT Alt/AC Belt $14.10
FEL-PRO TCS45920 Crankshaft Front Seal Set $5.10
FEL-PRO TCS45641 Camshaft Front Seal $3.66
NATIONAL 221820 Polyacrylate Oil Pump Shaft Seal $2.86
GATES TCK199 (1 Belt, 1 Tensioner, 1 Idler) Timing Belt Component Kit $52.89
STANT 48278 180° w/Jiggle Pin OE Type Thermostat $10.94
AISIN WPT010A Water pump w/o housing $30.79
FEL-PRO VS50304R1 Valve Cover Gasket Set w/Spark plug tube seals $18.26
Subtotal $143.74
Shipping about $20
