is this a normal oil consumption

Changed my oil today and measured to see how much oil I am burning.

car 1: 99K miles, 4 cyl, 2000 camry. TB change done at 96K miles, oil changed 4 months back and almost 3100 miles on it. 1/2 of it on highway and the other half wife driving to work ~10miles per day in with 6 lights and heavy traffic. No leaks, smoke, no CEL etc. it consumed exactly 1qt oil. (Shell 10w30 from costco, using this oil for the last 5 years with purolator pureone filter)

car2: same make, model, trim etc.This one just 2k miles since last oil change, 4 months back, 1/2 highway and 1/2 stop and go. around 85K miles, TB change almost 4k miles back. This one consumed about 1/4th of a qt. Same oil and filter as above.
From this, it looks like car1 is burning more oil. Should I be worried or is this normal? I never noticed this in the past, first time checking the used oil

Up to 1 quart per 1000 miles is considered OK. Most cars use a little between oil changes. Normally a quart or less.
