Maybe. If it was done at a Toyota dealership, they would be able to look it up by the VIN and see it in their records. But if it doesn't show up there, it doesn't mean it wasn't done. You could also look around under the hood for a sticker noting when it was changed, particularly on the timing belt cover. Many shops do that.
