Electrical problem with 2001 Camry

I'm having an electrical problem with my 2001 Camry. None of the equipment (clock, courtesy light, trunk light, remotes) running off the circuit protected by the Dome 7.5 A fuse is functioning except for the power door locks that work only if the engine is running or the battery is on. The daylight running lights work as well.

I have checked the fuse which looked to be OK and even briefly replaced it with the 10 A spare with no effect. I wonder if anyone had a similiar problem and any potential solutions?

Check your grounds. Clean them and use dielectric grease.

Thanks for responding toovira. I cleaned the ground for the courtesy light switch attached to the driver's doorframe but that didn't help. Unfortunately, I don't know where the other grounds are.
