How to test AFM?

Hi, is the resistance in AFM linear like TPS. If not, is there a way to test Vs-E2? When I open it up it seem like it coded and I couldn't get a correct reading.

You don't have a manual? Vehicle signature would help too.

Manual only said 20-400 ohm. for Vs-E2. DMM fluctuate like crazy as the plate move. Car does run good.
