3rd Generation Gen 3.5: Will a 6 cyl cai fit a 4 cyl?

So I've been reading alot threads about sri vs cai. Sri are easy to find but everyone that has a cai is custom. I was look at an AEM cai for the 6 cyl and just by the picture and looking under the hood of a gen 3.5 6 cyl and the stock intake piping path doesnt look to different from the 4 cyl. Does anyone know if it would fit?

Alittle extra power/sound. I saw on a few threads that the sri decrease mpg and power because of the hot air. They only make sounds pretty much. Some people actually saw a decrease in power/mpg vs stock.
