Yup, it's been reported a lot to what I've read. Pretty commong problem. Try this air bag light reset procedure. Make sure you use the negative battery post as a ground! Post #3 in this thread:
There is also the possibility the air bag control module has been fried, I was talking to someone else and that's been reported as well. My light went off when I worked on the dash, turns out I wasn't grounding the wires properly when I was doing the reset procedure

This is common. you probably had the key in the ignition when you unplugged the cluster. this trips an error code along the lines of airbag light malfunction(code22) a simple* reset will clear it

All the great select bulbs are the same, so I just got an extra cluster at the junkyard, all the extra D bulbs I will ever need for both our camrys! Lol
