Ebay Quick Struts

Has anyone tried these?

Camry Quick Struts on eBay

My car is bouncing like a bucking bronco, and I figure I should do the mounts/bearings at the same time anyway; so why not save the labor costs and buy the whole assemblies.

Also price out the Monroe QuickStruts with the new generation of OESpectrum struts on Amazon. It's not clear what struts the eBay ones use. The Monroe Economatic assemblies are cheaper too.

this ebay seller offers USS Automotive brand, not a Monroe QuickStrut brand.

go with Monroe QuickStruts (other ebay sellers, rockauto.com, partstrain.com, advanceautoparts.com with online discounts, etc.) if you need cheap OE style QuickStruts with OE style struts (either older SensaTracs or newer OE spectrum struts).

if you're looking for better comfort over Monroe though (yes they are flawed a bit), I'd look into Autozone's Gabriel ReadyMounts - could save you tons of grief and should be dead silent and better actually.

Seems as if I should go with Monroe since they are a few bucks cheaper even- $352.60 shipped. Wish I could spring for some Gabriels (no pun intended) but I don't want to invest a lot in the car since it's not worth much. I'll search some more, but I'm pretty set on quick-struts.

Are you looking for all 4 struts or what?

I would definitely buy the Monroe Quick Strut Assembly.

Go to this site and order each strut is separate transactions to get maximum discount.
Use the promo code VISA to get $50 off your order of $150 or more thus making the Monroe Quick Strut $107 each if you order each one separately.

If you are not using a visa card to order this then use the promo code CCABIN to get $40 off your purchase of $100 or more.

Bam I just saved you some money on a good brand of struts.

Yes I want all 4, but aren't they still cheaper at amazon or am I missing something?

The ones you're linking are the "econo", that's why they cheaper.

The ones kmx linked a the original Quick Strut with the premium struts.

economatic is NOT same as OE Quick Strut. you can go with cheapest economatics, but those struts are weak and just that economy/budget version.

OE replacement would be a Monroe Quick Strut 171678-171681, like this:
Amazon Amazon

also check www.rockauto.com and www.partstrain.com for pricing, besides amazon and advanceauto. it's possible that nowadays advanceauto will come up cheapest with all the discounts you can get (don't rush the order, play with shopping cart, probably separating it into 4 different orders givers best discounts).
