Damage to headlight housing/frame.... :(

Hey all! Haven't posted in a while by I have a new set of HID's to install this weekend and have a problem I need to get remedied before hand. Last year some fool apparently backed into my driver's side housing leaving me with some unwanted paint, a cracked housing, and what appears to be a slightly bent frame . The cracked housin prompted me to replace with some new clears it they did not fix the issue with misalignment. Adjustment screws seem to make little to no overall change so I'm looking to TYN for suggestions. I was thinking about shimming attachment bolts accordingly with a few washers it that's where my creativity stops. Passenger side is aimed properly it's just my side where the problem is. I'll try to get a few pics up of the beam pattern soon but any help would be great! Thx!
