I bought a subscription to Toyota Information Services for the weekend, and ran across lots of interesting stuff. Here's a couple of them. One is a Vin Decoder for model years 2000-2012, and the other is a Dealer Model reference for model years 1994-2011.
Both are posted on Google Docs, and if you want the original file, look in the upper left hand corner under the title, and there is a menu, choose File/Download Original Document and then save it to you local drive.
